Cold Fighting Juice

Cold Fighting Juice: Boost Your Immune System Naturally

Ya’ll the struggle to create content right now is real! I know most bloggers go thru this phase and I am blaming it on the cold weather. I just cannot put together another winter outfit! 🙁 Currently I cannot wait till tomorrow when it is supposed to be in the mid 60’s here for a couple of days. I’m thinking that is going to make a perfect day to get outdoors and shoot a few spring looks. Even if spring is still a ways away here, I think changing season on the blog will boost my spirits! 🙂

Anyway, enough complaining. A few weeks ago when George and I were back home, he came down with his second cold in a matter of weeks. Instead of loading him up on Tylenol, I opted for more natural remedies to help clear him up. One of those remedies was this cold fighting juice that I whipped up in my mom’s kitchen. When I was in New York City back in October, I came down with a cold. I saw a juice shop that had a cold fighting juice. I went in one morning to grab one and in the back of my mind wondered if it would actually work. Ya’ll, I am not making this up, by that night my cold was dried up. The juice they made me was a warm drink. It was filled with lots of ginger, greens and turmeric. This is my version of the juice. It is loaded with so many immunce boosting ingredients and doesn’t have a bad taste either.

I’m hoping to receive my dried elderberries this week and make that elderberry syrup that everyone swears about!  I found the dried elderberries on Amazon and if you do the math, it is much cheaper to make your own.  It doesn’t seem to hard so I will keep you posted.  Thank you all for stopping by! I hope you have a great Monday.
