This early fall black outfit is one of my favorites! I am absolutely obsessed with these faux leather pants. A few weeks ago I styled them here. While I love a good cargo vest and striped tee, this asymmetric black top with these pants is my favorite. I am thinking this look would be perfect for the upcoming holiday season with a pop of red or green. 🙂 Anyone else already holiday outfit planning?!
I hope your weekend was great! Chris and I tackled yard work this weekend. After G goes down for his morning nap we always run around trying to get as much done before he wakes up. I know you moms get this! Seriously, how can an almost one year old completely take up all your time?! We are getting ready for G’s party in a few weeks and I am hoping to have it outside.
This weekend we stained our deck, trimmed the trees in the back yard and got in the flower beds. Slowly but surely we are getting projects done a year after we moved in! My husband swears if we ever move we are getting a townhouse because he cannot stand yard work. I used to think he was nuts for not wanting a yard, but after taking care of it most of the summer I can now understand. 😉 Anyway, I’m hoping our little outdoor space will take shape over the next few weeks with new cushions, cafe lights and the perfect outdoor table. With fall here, I can’t wait to spend more time outdoors.
