A fall chambray dress is kind of a closet staple. I think if you have any dress in your closet it should be a chambray. The options are endless as how to style them for each season. Today I am styling this adorable one for fall. The leaves are changing and the air is cool here in upstate New York. There is no better time to pull out your favorite cardigan to pair with your chambray. I am quite a big fan of this cardigan. Have you ever ordered something and wondered if you would actually use it? This was one of those pieces I ordered on a whim and literally have worn it every week. I took it with my to NYFW and styled it with another dress. That post will be up soon. Most recently you saw it in my apple picking post from last week. If you need a good basic cardigan, I cannot recommend this enough!
I have watched the bandanna trend this past summer and wanted to try it but just didn’t make a point of actually buying one until recently. When I shot this look I remembered this gorgeous silk scarf that I bought on my trip to Paris a few years ago in a vintage shop. I figured this would be a good chance to try this trend out. This pretty scarf is just the perfect accessory to a fall chambray dress. It dresses it up and gives it a chic look without trying too hard. That right there is a mom win!
Today we are hitting the road to NYC. I can hardly wait to take in the sights with George and hopefully get to hang out with my husband a bit. If there are any places you would recommend for a 2 year old in NYC, send them my way. I figured the park and ice cream would be a good starting point! Thanks for stopping by!
