This week, Louisiana is supposed to dip into the 60’s at night. I’m so excited about the cooler temps I ran to Bath and Body Works yesterday to grab pumpkin candles! With the windows open and the warm pumpkin smell wafting throughout the house, I just feel a little bit excited! 🙂 Leather pants, in this case faux leather pants are on my must have list for fall. I have always wanted a pair and every season just did not get around to buying them.
During the recent Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I snagged these. These faux leather pants are so versatile. They are easy to dress up with heels for a night out and perfect to dress down with booties and a oversized sweater. I can also see them with a fun sequined top or jacket for the upcoming holiday season. In my opinion, they are going to end up being my new legging! 🙂 The pants run true to size. My typical jean size is a 25 and these are as well. They fit good without being obscenely tight and uncomfortable. I cannot recommend these enough.
I hope you all had a great long weekend. Ours was relaxing and much needed. Chris actually had the entire weekend off. Him and I got to have a day out in New Orleans on Sunday and a night off since my parents watched George. How many of you parents need that night off every once in a while?! It’s amazing how a little person can just drain your energy! 🙂 With that being said, George’s 1st birthday is creeping up on me. I can barely believe I am going to have a one year old in just a few short weeks. That kinda makes me sad.
