What better way to celebrate your mom than to put a little effort into fixing the perfect brunch at home?! Seriously as a mom now I much rather stay at home and relax with a yummy brunch fixed by someone else! 😉 Hint hint hubby! 🙂
This blueberry cream cheese stuffed french toast is my all time favorite and can be found on my pinterest board. It is super easy to make the night before and pop in the oven the morning of. All you need is a side of bacon, coffee, juice and you have the best brunch around! I don’t know of a mom that would not appreciate this show of love. What are your plans this Mother’s Day?
