Happy Monday! While in NYC for fashion week, we visited the restaurant The Butcher’s Daughter. This fun place is your destination for healthy fare and a fun atmosphere. The restaurant jokingly calls itself a “vegetable slaughterhouse”. Why? This plant based restaurant treats all those gorgeous fruits and veggies like you would meat. Designed to look like an old world butcher shop, this restaurant is 100% vegetarian. On any given day The Butcher’s Daughter has a changing menu that encourages it’s patrons to eat with the calendar with the fruits and veggies that are in season.
We ate the most delicious brunch here and I can honestly say I didn’t miss the bacon! My avocado eggs benedict was bursting with flavor. During fashion week where you keep late nights and often eat on the go, it was nice to sit and enjoy a healthy meal. The Butcher’s Daughter has 2 locations in NYC with additional locations in Los Angeles. If you are gluten free, health conscious or just want a fun experience, I cannot recommend this delicious restaurant enough!
Y’all I cannot believe that fall is officially here. This pretty olive green top is one of my favorite tops I have bought for fall. The sleeves make this the perfect transitional piece for the cooler temps. Top this pretty blouse with your favorite leather moto and you have a weekend ready look.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope your Monday is beautiful and fabulous.
