If you are traveling this summer here is one outfit look consider. My favorite black jumpsuit from a post last week is a great foundation piece. Not only is it super comfy but it can be chic with the right styling. Typically I wear this suit with sneakers but when traveling would change that out for a wedge sandal that is comfortable and easy to walk in.
We have seen a lot of negative press regarding certain airlines recently. One story in particular caught my eye because it was in regards to what the girls were wearing on the plane. These girls were denied boarding for wearing leggings since their tickets were given to them by a family member that worked for the airline. This airline had a standard that guests who received these passes dress appropriately. I have to agree somewhat with the airline. Think about the glory days of traveling by plane, yeah way back before I was born! Traveling by plane was something that was a luxury and people dressed for the occasion. Growing up my dad always told us dress like you want to be in first class. Not that I ever fly in first class, but I am prepared if the opportunity arises and the airline wants to bump me up! 🙂
Styling a jumpsuit with a blazer and wedge sandals instantly elevates your look. No one has to know how comfortable that jumpsuit is, that can be our secret! 🙂 This ivory blazer is the perfect travel companion in that is is oversize. The sleeves are helpful when the plane is freezing too! I have traveled to Europe several times and always carry an oversize tote for my purse the entire trip. It is super convenient when you are carrying on your luggage as it acts like a smaller “suitcase” that you can store under you seat. You would be surprised how much stuff I can fit into a tote. When I traveled to Paris last time, my husband and I both carried on our luggage. That was only possible because of my oversize tote.
Remember you can snag this jumpsuit 50% off with the code MCKENNA. I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday! xo!
