I dare say that this is the first dress I have worn in months. With the temps hovering in the teens and 20s the last few weeks, I have stayed bundled up. Last weekend, the sun was shining and there was not a cloud in the sky. It looked like spring and even felt a bit like spring.
I decided to head out and test out this fabulous dress from Tasc. For a few years now, I have heard my dad chat about this brand since he sells it in his men’s clothing store in New Orleans. My mom has raved about their fabric and swears by it when working out and in the yards. Both of them always go back to how the fabric does not carry odor after a good sweat session.
I was intrigued. After reading about Tasc on their site, I am even more impressed with this dress and cardigan. The softness of the material is simply amazing and the way in which it moves/feels almost makes you forget it is even there. Tasc uses bamboo fibers along with cotton and merino wool to spin a magnificent yarn which is then ring spun to create a super soft, durable fabric.
Most work-out fabrics are polyester which retains that sweat odor that is so hard to get out. Tasc has developed this fabric so that after a good cardio session or day on the town you will not smell or carry an odor with you. I have only tried this dress, but am even more anxious to try their work out gear. If you are on the hunt for a new brand to try, head on over to their site and browse around.
