Gifts For The Health Conscious

Gifts For the Health Conscious

The gift-buying season is upon us and whether you are a shopper or not, I am sure we each have a list of loved ones and friends to buy for.  Today I am rounding up a few gifts for the health-conscious.  This has been the year for all of us to keep our immune systems boosted and that fact doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon with the virus still on the rise.

Today, I am sharing a little more about immune-boosting shots from Three Hermits.  Three Hermits is a brand that believes that food is medicine, and relies on the simple principles of all-natural, plant-based ingredients to create immunity boosting drinks that are not only healing for your body but also taste delicious.  I recently sampled these drinks and found the taste to be A+ and loved seeing all the healthy nutrients my body was getting.  As a busy mom, some days I find it hard to get all my fruits and veggies in, these shots have made being healthy on the go so much easier.  They are small enough to fit in a diaper bag or purse without being cumbersome and help fuel your body with important nutrients.   Three Hermits has 3 delicious flavors to try:

Turmeric + Nirgundi: Turmeric is considered a “healer for your body”, and aids in muscle recovery. Nirgundi is an anti-inflammatory and is effective in treating a multitude of symptoms including headaches, coughs, abdominal pain, and sprains.

Cinnamon + Fenugreek: Cinnamon helps manage your weight, by managing your blood sugar levels, and taking care of those hunger pangs. Fenugreek slows the absorption of sugars in the stomach and stimulates insulin. For those who practice intermittent fasting, this drink could give your body a boost of energy in the morning.

Moringa + Ashwagandha: Moringa, is also known as “The tree of life” since every component of the tree has various healing properties and increases overall vitality. Ashwagandha is used to strengthen your immune system, increase stamina, and help decrease your stress levels.

Gifts for the health-conscious could also include one of my favorites, the FitTrack scale.  While giving a scale to someone may seem taboo, this nifty scale is great for those that are seeking to chronicle their health daily.  While checking in daily on this scale, one can monitor their BMI, muscle mass, heart rate, body water percentage, Body Fat Mass, Bone Mass, and many more indicators.  After having Poppy this past March, the FitTrack scale was a motivating factor for me as I sought to lose my baby weight.  The app on my phone made it easy to track my progress and kept me motivated.

Another healthy gift would be a great water bottle such as the Yeti Rambler.  This 26 oz bottle keeps your water cold and helps one stay on track to keep hydrated throughout the day.  Staying hydrated is key to helping lose weight, keeps headaches at bay, and increase overall energy.  I can totally tell when I haven’t drunk enough and having a cute water bottle that is also functional is key for me.

Another gift for the health-conscious is a milk frother and a bag of Tumeric Latte mix.  We all know the health benefits of Tumeric and it is now easier than ever to consume by simply make a yummy, frothy latte.  This $19 frother is key to creating that foamy goodness and a simple latte mix will make whipping this up even easier.

These are just a few gift ideas for the health-conscious.  I hope this helps get your Christmas list knocked out! Thanks for stopping by!
