Happy Monday! Ya’ll I can hardly believe that Thanksgiving is THIS WEEK!! Yikes! This will be the first year that I cook it all by myself and I am kinda feeling like a true grown up and a scared child. Haha! I have already informed my husband that G is all his on Wednesday and that he needs to plan out of the house activities while I spend the day in the kitchen. That child is seriously attached to me right now. While I find it endearing, it makes it impossible to get much done. 🙂 On the menu will be turkey (yep, actually decided I will attempt it!), dressing, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, fried cornbread/rolls and pumpkin cheesecake with salted caramel sauce for dessert! Gonna be a busy week no doubt.
