Dressing Up Distressed Jeans With A Silk Scarf

I have never owned a pair of “holy” or otherwise known as distressed jeans. When I saw these I gravitated towards them for some reason.  Maybe it has something to do with the cold weather that just will not leave or the fact I want to break up the buttoned up winter look I’ve been wearing for the last 6 months.  Regardless, these distressed jeans are my new favorite for a new season.  There is something about combining classic with edgy that I love! Typically, I am your classic girl all the way.  These jeans are getting me out my winter blues and definitely have me pining for spring! 🙂   If Meghan Markle can bare her knees as a future princess, why not try it out?!

Like I was saying, classic and edgy seem to be the best fit for me if I am going to get out of my normal clothing look. I hope you all had a good weekend. We have spent the better half of last week and this weekend trying to get over whatever cold like virus we all came down with. I forget just how miserable it is to have a sick baby. Poor George has laid on the couch for days with a fever and runny nose. My mama’s heart breaks for my little man.
