A week before Thanksgiving, I typically sit down and make a grocery list of every item I need to make our Thanksgiving meal. Last year was the first time I have cooked an entire Turkey Day dinner and being organized was key. With my grocery list nailed down, I can go through and check off items I already have and purchase ones I do not. I typically start cooking 2 days in advance just so I am not stressed out the day of!
