Gray might not be the first fall color that pops into your mind when you think of fall. After all , there are vibrant reds, oranges and mustard colors that vie for our attention this time of year. Today though, I want to share a few ways you can style gray tones for fall. This just might become a favorite fall color in your closet!
Gray obviously is not as harsh as it’s cousin black. It can be equally elegant or casual, whichever one suits your fancy. I love styling gray for fall because it breaks up the typical fall colors we see this time of year. When I wear gray, I like to pair it with other grays, lighter jeans and a pop of black somewhere in the mix too! There are other color combos that style well with gray too. I like an olive green, camel, ivory and even a mustard color with this color trend. If you want to add a pop of print to your gray outfit, the leopard print plays off well as well as an ivory/black stripe. Do not let styling gray tones intimidate you this fall!
Currently, I am obsessed with this oversize cardigan from Vici. This cardigan is insanely soft and actually quite heavy in weight. It is the one cardigan I keep reaching for when our apartment gets chilly. These jeans are similar to a Madewell pair, but at half the price. A good deal is something I can always get behind. 🙂 I hope you all have a great day and if you are trick or treating stay safe with your little ones. We are heading to a trunk or treat this afternoon. George is so excited to dress up as an astronaut! I will make sure to post pictures over on my Instagram!
