There is no need for an introduction when one is talking about Paris. The architeture, food, fashion and beauty of the city defines it. Chris and I had the most amazing time simply exploring the streets and eating way too much! It was my second trip to Paris and I really wanted to focus on just taking it in rather than museum hopping around. Each afternoon we would stop for an espresso and cappuccino and just soak in the beauty of the city.
I wish so bad I had gotten a few photos of the first day when we arrived and obviously had come into the center of the Louvre as one of the Paris Fashion Week shows was about to commence. The street style was incredible and I had to laugh at a few of the outlandish outfits. It was pure chaos with the media and photographers swarming the place. Just to catch a glimpse of it was really facinating!
Paris really is a girl’s dream. All the cute cafes, pastry shops, boutiques and fashion is something every girl should experience. One of my favorite stops on our trip was at the Luxembourg Gardens. The flowers were in full bloom and the museum looks like something off a movie set. It was the perfect spot to rest and enjoy some of Paris’ beauty.
Ofcourse, no stop in Paris would be complete without tea and macaroons at Laduree. The restaurant, while known for their macaroons had other delicious desserts as well. We could not just go once but came back later that day for dinner, which did not disappoint!
