We have had 3 days of straight sunshine. Even though, it might be hovering in the 20s this week, sunshine has brought joy to my soul. To celebrate, I thought I would round up a few of my favorite spring tops. Spring is a time to throw off the heavy and replace it with light and breezy fabrics.
